Song Recognizer

Have you ever heard a song on TV or on the radio, that you wish you knew the name of? Well here is a neat little program that is *free and will recognize the song that is playing. All you need for this to work is a computer and a microphone. Basically it works by putting the microphone up to the music source and clicking on the program (Tunatic) to listen. Once it has recognized the song it will tell you the name of it. Its a neat program that is available for both Mac and PC, so download it today.

This is only an ok program, I tested it out on a song I didn't know and It said it couldn't find it.
So I went and checked and it found a song that I knew and it found it BUT I tryed wake me up when september ends by Green Day and it said the song was by Smashmouth so you still need bugs worked out.

is there a song recognizer that you just enter a few words and it tells you the song?
